If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. We allow returns or exchanges on products that have not been altered, washed, colored, and the hair must be unused. We do not accept returns or grant exchanges on hair, or accessories that have been used, altered, or worn at anytime.
